We aim to deliver every custom sample within 1-2 weeks and every production in 4-6 weeks. In case this cannot be adhered to, you will be notified when placing the order. All custom garments created at Eco Textile Brand (plain t shirts, hoodies…) are unique items. Each item is individually cut, and our tailors hand-sew, and tailor your garment exclusively to your preferences.
Minimum order quantity is the fewest number of units suppliers or manufacturers can afford to sell or produce to a customer at one time. At Eco Textile we only can produce orders for 150 units at least.
Bear in mind that our larger manufacturers have higher MOQs because they simply cannot afford to use production space to produce apparel in lower quantities. The opportunity cost for producing an order below their MOQ is the production space that can be occupied for larger orders.
The buyer/customer will pay all the transport costs (samplings, full production) from fabric (origin production country) to final destination address (his store or vendors) previously indicated by customer. The determination of who will be charged the shipping costs is already indicated in the terms & conditions of service.
When transporting or buying goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country based on value, origin and commodity type. The payment of duties, taxes and other fiscal charges are typically the responsibility of the receiver, customer or any holder to pay for them.
Individuals can import products from abroad, and have the cargo cleared through customs. All taxes, such as import duties and VAT, can also be paid directly by the individual. In the European Union, all importers – both companies and individuals – must apply for an EORI number. The application can, in most countries, be made online, and is free. In fact, if you don´t still have a registered company (S.L) or not being a sole proprietor, Eco Textile can import your garments on behalf your name with no issues.
For a long life, wash at 40C with similar colors. Do not tumble dry. Using an enzyme free detergent and garment bag is best for your wool items.
