We offer design, development, and manufacturing services for knitwear (true knit), jersey wear (T shirts, joggers, hoodies and sweatshirts) and wovens (shirting, dresses, skirts and trousers), for adults, children and babies. Our MOQs range from 100 to 300 pieces, depending on the product and your budget. We make well-made garments using high-quality fabrics and trims.
First, our designer will work with you to create detailed CAD visuals, or you can send us your designs. Then, our garment technologist will create a tech pack, after which we start prototyping. Following this, we make fit samples and schedule a fitting session with your models. The next stage is to make preproduction samples, before finalising gold seals, testing, and bulk production.
We work closely with you to ensure the right choices are made (selecting right fabrics, accessories and trims), as together these combine to make your product desirable, sellable and yours. Our access to fabric mills and trim suppliers allows us to source the best components for your products.
Our clothing manufacturing partners are in India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. We have established strong relationships over several years and visit them annually. We love to spend time with the people who produce our garments. As a result, we learn new techniques, as well as seeing their production, communal and administration facilities in action.
We work with SMETA or BSCI audited factories. They also have OEKO-TEX®, GOTS and other certifications.
We create a critical path that sets out key dates and acts as a guide for the production timeline. Communication is key to making sure production runs smoothly. For this reason, we will keep you up–to–date with the status of your production at all times. In other words, by meeting with you regularly by telephone, virtually or in person, you always know what stage your project is at.
Our garment technologist works with the factory and the laboratory to ensure your products comply with industry standards.
