What is size tolerance?
A size tolerance is the allowable limit of variation in a garment measurement. For instance, our size tolerance at the waist is more or less 2 (+/-). It means that if the requested size at waist is 35 cm, then the smallest allowable size is 33 cm and the largest allowable size is 37cm.
What are ECO TEXTILE size tolerances cm?
▪ Shoulders: ¼ on each side
▪ Chest & Waist: 2
▪ Sleeves and length: 1/10
▪ Collar and Cuffs: ¼
Why are size tolerances necessary?
Minor variation in sizing is unavoidable due to cutting, sewing, print and embroidery processes. It means that perfection is impossible. For this reason it is impossible to guarantee sizing and measurement more precise than our stated tolerances.
